SAFER DRIVERS COURSE
What is the Safer Drivers Course?
The Safer Drivers Course, introduced by the NSW Government in 2013, is a combined theory and practical course to help learner drivers under the age of 25 to develop safe driving skills and prepare for driving solo. It touches on topics such as speed management, gap selection, hazard awareness, safe following distances, and how to avoid distractions while driving. Not only is this course a great way to prepare for a lifelong journey of driving, but it also adds 20 bonus hours to your logbook.
At Guru Driving School, we are very passionate about facilitating this course, as it helps learner drivers improve their defensive driving skills and learn how to be more cautious on the road. Together, with the right knowledge, we can contribute to a more harmonious driving environment.
